When conditions permit, fans of climbing frozen waterfalls can test their skills on more than twenty waterfalls. Among the most visited and attractive is the Palenk waterfall next to Hotel Plesnik.

Description:There are numerous waterfalls in the glacial Logar valley that turn into ice crystals in winter, thus offering climbers, including inexperienced ones, the possibility to try ice climbing. You are equipped with ice axes, an ice tool and crampons and put on a climbing harness with a climbing rope attached. You will then be taught how to use the equipment properly. Wearing a helmet and suitable gloves, you will make your way up the verticals of the ice crystals. Crystals formed from primal pure water have healing effects. You will learn the basics of how to move on steep icy slopes and learn to experience the moment when body and soul come together for the next movement.
Conditions for participation:Guests must be of legal age or undertake the tour together with their parents and climb with their consent. Participants must have suitable insurance. Winter equipment is required: warm winter clothes, winter hiking boots, a hat and gloves.
